David Hercky

Chairman of the Board
 

David Hercky owns and operates several companies in Israel and Central Europe. David is veteran in the agro and retail industries with extensive project management and consultancy experience. David presently serves as the Chairman of the Israel – Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as Vice Chairman of the Israeli Federation of Binational Chambers of Commerce. Furthermore, he is actively involved in the healthcare industry in the Czech Republic. David holds a BSc in Food Engineering and Biotechnology (cum laude) from the Technion in Haifa and an MBA in Financing from Bar Ilan University.

Enrique (Hanoch) Derzavich

Enrique (Hanoch) Derzavich serves as the chairman of the BoD at Global Rotosheka Ltd. and its subsidiaries. He is the owner of and partner in various building enterprises in Israel and abroad. He also an active investor in several enterprises, and is one of Curapipe's investors. Enrique graduated from the National University in Mexico UNAM with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Peter Paz

Peter Paz brings to the table 25 years of combined strategic business and international marketing experience. Peter previously co-founded Telegate, a high-growth company later acquired by Terayon for $400 million. At Terayon (subsequently acquired by Motorola), he served as Corporate VP Business Development & Marketing, where he was responsible for integrating the businesses of nine acquired companies. After that, Peter provided business development services, including strategic consulting and fundraising, to over 20 growth companies. In addition, he consulted for major firms in Israel such as Comverse, Strauss and Johnson & Johnson. For the last four years he has served as a faculty member of the Wharton-Recanati Global Consulting Program, a select joint course for Wharton-Recanati MBA Students.
